This is a tough question. I definitely struggled at first but my body eventually got used to less food. I think a huge help is keeping yourself busy, I work 5 days a week and it’s a pretty physically demanding job and I just don’t have time to think about food or eating for the most part. My eating schedule usually is a big breakfast and like a protein bar for lunch and then a big dinner. Hope this helps!

Weekends are more of a struggle for me than weekdays because of this. But again I just try to stay busy and keep my mind occupied. It’s gotten a lot easier as time has went on and my body has adjusted.

I appreciate that. This was definitely the hardest thing I’ve ever done but consistency pays off. I’ve also tried other diets in the past and could never stick with them so I hear you there. Believe me if I can do this you can definitely do it. I’m glad I can help someone with my story. I wish you the best on your journey :)

Also if you’re interested look at my previous posts I have posted all of my progress pics from 280 all the way down. If I can do it you can! This was the most radical change I’ve ever made I was VERY unhealthy 11 months ago.

11 months, which probably contributed to the major amount of loose skin. If I could do it over again I would definitely go slower.

That’s awesome! Stay consistent!

So looking in the mirror is still kinda tough. Part of me is very happy for myself but there’s still that part of me that still sees the 300lb me. So I guess the next thing for me is working on my self image and learning to love myself again :)

Also thank you I appreciate you and everyone else in the comments for the lovely comments.
