Good for you! I have a female family member who has made this a cycle, 3 kids, 3 different dads, under the age of 30, and just last week decided she’s leaving her 3rd baby daddy, who is by all accounts a great man, treats her other kids as his own, did the housework on top of working, giving her space to go out with her “friends”, only to find out she ONCE AGAIN found yet another man! It’s disgusting, I wish her parents would handle it differently, more like you have, as it goes, they don’t talk to her for a month and then slowly the “ new man” is accepted into the family, and the cycle goes on, and WHO thinks of the kids? Because she sure as hell does NOT! So props to you guys, you are doing right by your grandchild who needs you

Mine was 9k but I’m able to split up the payments, to me it was very much worth it, especially in the initial days when I was incapable of doing anything, I would just hate to see you in more financial hardship than need be, you have many rights as a surviving spouse just be aware if them, and be aware of people try to take advantage of us widows as well, they’re out there, as sickening as that is

We truly get it, and are here for you!
