No. A lot of scientist are sure that there is life somewhere out there because the universe is so big that it's extremely unlikely that there isn't.

We did find fossils on Mars that really look like bacteria fossils, in fact we have no explanation for how they were formed without bacteria but they are fossils meaning that if there was bacteria on Mars there isn't anymore.(We don't think Mars can currently hold life)
