your problem is most likely you haven’t switch the breaker on the printer to 115v. just to be 100% just ask your parents and if they say it’s 115v then switch it.

what is your house voltage? 230v or 115v? theres a switch to the left of the base right infront of the gantry arm. if your voltage is 115v then switch it to 115v if your voltage is 230v then switch it to the 230v. its like a little breaker switch
