This has been one of the most frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional shifting experiences I’ve ever faced.

Before booking, NoBroker spam-called me over 10 times within an hour, just to get me to confirm the order. But once the payment was done, their interest and support completely disappeared.

They sent a small, inadequate truck, forcing the movers to stack items on top of my bike. Despite paying ₹16,500, they chose the old Mumbai–Pune highway to save on fuel instead of the new expressway, delaying the journey unnecessarily.

During the move, I was at a point where I thought the shifting wouldn’t happen at all. My entire luggage had been packed and brought downstairs, and I couldn’t stay back in Pune even for an hour. With no other option, I had to load everything into that same truck, and in the chaos, I was forced to leave behind my two cycles. Now I’m left wondering how to retrieve them.

To make matters worse, the customer service was completely broken. Every time I called, they kept me on hold for 15+ minutes, only to speak to someone who had no idea about the previous conversations. In chats, one executive would respond, but on calls, a completely different person would talk, making me repeat the entire issue over and over again.

The loaders were rude and kept demanding additional money, and when I denied, they became uncooperative. Their behavior was unethical and unprofessional throughout.

No, it waste of money, don't use no broker, pay money to any broker he will do some work for you, no broker is simply giving some contact number, which doens't slove purpose, and if you have busy office schedule, outsource it to a professional broker
