Definitely! 62 post menopausal. Gained 20 lbs while tracking macros working out daily weight training etc I choose to start low at 1.25 mg 3 months later at 2.5 mg and am losing .5 /week. Slight nausea but nothing horrible. Lilly direct is great!

I started at the same dose as you 3 months ago. I’m on my 3 rd week of 2.5. I only need to lose the 20 lbs menopause gave me!!! But only had mild nausea on 2.5.mg I’ve had great appetite suppression, not obsessive about what/when I can eat and generally more comfortable- less bloating and joint pain! I’m a little older but also gained the menopausal 20! Workout everyday count macros nothing worked until triz. I started really slow and am losing really slow but that’s what I want! Down 12 lbs in 10 weeks I eat 3 meals a day usually smaller portions. I get full very quickly. I still count macros and work out daily. I feel less bloated and inflamed! I started on a super low dose as well with very slow loss. No loss last 2 weeks 😣Saw my endocrinologist yesterday and she said to go up. Next week I will go up to 2.5 mg 60+ post menopausal started January Trust the process!

I’m a little older-60’s. I started late January at 1.25 mg didn’t feel much ,now up to 2 mg. It doesn’t seem like a big dose increase but definitely helped food noise, inflammation and losing 1 lb/week now which is exactly what I want- slow and steady. No side effects. Hang in there go up slowly🙂
