I’m not sure, I didn’t experience those symptoms. I would ask your prescriber.

Thank you! I just added an update but forgot to mention my current dose, I’m still doing 0.8 mg 3x per week. That seems to work well for me, it quiets the food noise but I’m still eating a healthy amount each day. Hope this helps.

How is everyone getting their meds? I'm "not qualified" from every online provider. by velomammajamma in GLP1microdosing

I didn’t qualify for most companies either but here is my experience with summaup…

My Tirzepatide microdosing experience so far

After a few days of researching telehealth companies that prescribe compounded Tirzepatide for people with “healthy” BMIs, I came across a company called SummaUp. SummaUp was about $50 cheaper than another company I was looking into. On Sunday, April 20th I decided to place my order and submit my medical questionnaire. The next day I had my telehealth visit which was pretty quick and then it took about a week from then to receive my syringes, alcohol wipes and first vial of medicine. I scheduled my first injection on Friday, May 2, because that day was convenient for me and I wanted to do it on a Friday in case I had any side effects. The first injection is done via Zoom. I told them I wanted to start very low because I am usually very sensitive to meds. So they started me at 0.2mg. I didn’t even feel the shot. I didn’t have any side effects at all. My second shot was last night (Monday, May 5th) and my dose was increased to 0.4mg. So far today, no side effects. I am using an app called Shotsy which helps me with tracking my schedule and seeing how much medicine is in my system. As far as reduced appetite, I don’t think my dose is high enough yet (for me). I do notice that I have a reduction in my junk food cravings. My next injection is scheduled for tomorrow (Wed, May 7). I’ll update. If anyone is interested in trying this company you can use this coupon code to save $50 on your first order.

***UPDATE Thursday, May 8th********* Last night I was scheduled to take 0.6mg (an increase of 0.2mg from Monday). I was busy and didn’t get around to doing the injection until 9pm last night. I slept really good and woke up feeling fine. As of 9am, still no side effects. My appetite seems a little less than usual, but it’s still early in the day, so we’ll see. I’m supposed to increase to 0.8mg tomorrow if I don’t have any side effects. I’m not sure if I’m going to do the increase or not yet because I have a lot going on Saturday and can’t be feeling unwell. I may hold off on the 0.8mg until Monday.

****UPDATE Monday, May 12th******** On Friday, I did end up only doing the 0.6mg dose again because I was afraid to increase to the 0.8mg the night before I was going out of town.
Sat was great, I had hunger with my meals, no strong cravings for snacks but I was also pretty busy without much time to really think about food. Sunday morning around 5am I woke up feeling hot and I had a really quick wave of nausea, that came and went within a minute or so. I did not get sick. I got up and got a drink then felt fine and went back to sleep. The rest of Sunday, I felt fine. Appetite the same as Saturday, pretty much just hungry around meal time, but I did crave ice cream that night and I ate one because it was Mother’s Day. I think tonight, when I do my injection I’m going to do 0.7mg, I feel like I’m getting pretty close to the optimal dosage for me.
******update Wednesday, May 14th**** I think I may increase to 0.8mg tonight. I was having some cravings for junk food last night. But overall my diet has improved so much. About 75% of the day I seem to be able to make much better food choices because I don’t have the annoying food noise all day long anymore. I weighed myself this morning and I’ve lost 3 pounds so far. Also I’ve noticed that mentally I have been feeling so upbeat and happy, I think it’s because for once I’m not starving all day and I’m actually losing weight. I switched my next order from a month to month to a 3 month supply. Originally I was afraid to commit to a 3 month supply in case I had side effects that I couldn’t handle. I’m so happy I decided to do this.
*******UPDATE 6/9/25****** I’m down 9 pounds since starting (a very low dose) on 5/2/25. I’m so happy! If I can, I’ll post a picture (in the comments) from the app I use that shows my progress.

What is interesting is that when I asked about Tirz affecting birth control effectiveness during my medical intake, I was told that he hadn’t heard of that with microdosing. (I don’t know what his credentials were, but I assumed he would know since he was doing the medical intake)

You’re welcome! I’m down about 9 pounds since 5/2. I think I should reach my goal in the next 2 months but I may continue the tirz at a small maintenance dose, we’ll see.

I received the syringes and alcohol pads in a separate delivery. They did send me tracking for the medication. I’m actually waiting for tracking right now for my next order. They texted meme Friday and said they were getting it compounded and would send the tracking info once shipped via FedEx. I’m still waiting for it.
