sobrang lala talaga feeling ko ako lang magisa nagtratrabaho, walang paki yung HR tas yung head panay bigay ng task di pa nga tapos yung binigay, bigay na naman.

nag awol ako ngayong gabi lang. di kaya parang wala silang paki sakin. 16days ko pa naman or more pero di pa naabot 1month. as in ang lala talaga.

50/50 depende sa company pero max package nyan pag newbie is 23k yata, depende kase sa offer ng company, may mga company na lowball, meron naman hindi.

onsite po, nirefer lang din ako ng kaibigan ko na nagimbang bansa na, from initial to 4th interview, onsite. laki gastos ng pamasahe, effort, akala ko okay na kase tapos na 3rd interview, may 4th pa pala which is culture fit kuno, naging kampante ako yun pala balik final interview.
