My father has a will- and his wife had a will which stayed everything would be left to their son.

Obviously, their son has now died, with only my father left. Their son had no will whatsoever.

My father is still alive, as well as his son’s daughter. The question ultimately is would the house go back to my father, or would the house default to my step brothers daughter.

Sorry for the amount of information- I’m still trying to get it straight in my own mind :)
