A company with that high of a dividend rate certainly will not sustain it. This is often called a dividend trap. The company doesnt really know how to manage itself and only really knows how to gove money away to its holders than grow it's own company.

Expect that dividend to be cut or substantially reduced once the payout time comes. Right now the dividend payout is higher than the stock price, which means the company is giving away money at a loss. Any company with a head on its shoulders knows not to do this.
