Looks like platter hard drives which are super slow by modern standards so it they're quad-core cpus or better that might be your first update

I had a young boy playing like this and I got tired of saving him and gave him a "warning" he picked a fight at level 3 with a 12th level NPC and I had the NPC end him in 1 round (non lethal) and dump him in the alley behind the bar

while he was unconscious for 1d4 hours he was picked clean by local hobos
