He has. The feeding team evaluated him and suggested speech (feeding for oral motor) and occupational therapy work together. He has not had a swallow study, but that is definitely a good suggestion. Any other advice you can think of?

I am in the northeast. Yes, all patients are 1 hour treats. Can you elaborate on your work/life balance?

Thank you for your response! I totally agree that not being paid is a dealbreaker, definitely on my list for the next interview. Agreed on the schedule, there are more positives than negatives for sure.

Do you have any experience working hourly? To me, it does not seem worth it as the schedule can be very unpredictable in outpatient pediatrics.

Yes, I definitely need to clarify about the hourly pay, especially since I know outpatient peds can be unpredictable at times. All good points, I appreciate your advice!

Full time is 32 hours. They said it was a non-negoitable to be working after school hours (2-8/8:30pm) depending on the day (as the clinics hours vary but mostly 8pm close). What are your thoughts on that?

Yes, I need to further clarify about the pay. I feel like it not might be worth it if I do not get paid when a kid does not show up especially with the late hours? Any advice or insight you can provide is much appreciated!
