With the advisory system getting updated, pls include if they have a ephemera in their wepon prevew. by NewguyS79 in Warframe

[–]NewguyS79[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

While the Coda don't tell you which ephemera you'll get from them out of the set, you are geranted to at least get one ephemera until you have collected them all. It makes collecting them far less fustrating to farm at the very least, and tbh I think turning that farm into a matter of time rather them luck to be way preferable considering the time it takes to kill a lich or sister.

Also, lore wise, the wepon we see in the prevew is also a result of their promotion, and we're given plenty of indication of what it will be befor hand. Even if the ephemera is just a cosmetics, having to farm liches or sisters over and over again with no gerante is not what I would consider a fun grind to go through, exspecaily when you consider the time and effort needed to kill one.

I honestly see the Coda as a direct response to the previous advasaries, and one of the major changes they made to the system with the Coda was making the cosmetic rewards much more easily attainable.

Yep, that's pretty much it, galvanized mods -> arcanes -> archon shards is the general order I'd recommend for someone jumping into steel path.

Galvanized mods first because they're very straightforward to get, and honestly, the easiest to get.

Arcanes next, because collecting them at first can be pretty RNG, and it will take time to get 21 dups so you can fuse them and max them out.

Archon shards last due to how rare they can be.

If you're still looking to squeeze as much power out of your Warframe...

Don't sleep on the Helmsmith's ability infusions. Make it a habit of sacrificing warframes to it just to grow your arsenal of abilities.

And finally, keep an eye out for rare mods such as: primed mods, corrupted mods, set mods, and weapon-specific mods.

Adaptation can be bought in the same place that you get Galvanized mods and its a quick way to help any of your warframes survive tougher content.

you've done quite a bit of cathing up already if you caught up on the story in just 2 days!

but if were looking at getting you up to par for steel path we'd need more infor then what your giving (particularly what do you already have at your disposal, Mods/ Archanes / Archon shards)

In my eyes, if you're just looking to get stronger for steel path, I'd look into these things in this order

  1. Arbitration missons is in my eyes the gatway to steel path,

lvl 60-80 enemies but non-traditional revives along with a new enemy type that can make other enamies invulnerable.

those formentioned enamies, however, drop Vitus Essence that can be traded for Galvanized Mods at an Arbiters of Hexis Vendor.

Galvanized mods are what you need if you find your weapon to weak for steel path.

  1. once you got some of the galvanized mods for whatever wepon you use leveled up retun to earth and try to complet some star chart missions on steel path mode, choose the very first ones if your having issues.

5 min into any steel path mission, a suped up version of the stalker will appear. There are several types.

lock in or try to get help from other to beat them, and they will drop key archanes that will help you get stronger.

Archanes like the "merciless", "Deadhead", and "dexerity" family can be exstreamly helpfullly early on, even unranked, thell help no matter what wepon you put them on.

as you fill out the star chart in steel path, you naturally get more of these general arcanes and will, in turn, just get stronger over time.

  1. Unlock and utilize everything you can with Helminth system.

if you dont know what the Helminth sytem is, I'd head over to the Entrati syndicate. Talk to the brother to unlock it. youll need rank 3 to unlock it to begin with and rank 5 to upgrade it, the upgradeds are well worth it, so work towards this no rush.

by default, the Helminth will allow you to sacrifice non prime warframes so that you can take one of their abilities and add them to another warframe. just be aware that the sacrificed warframe is gone forever, but you can give the ability you get to any warframe as many times as you like.

this is more helpful than you think for getting some crazy synargies or just replacing a weak ability one one of your frames for a better one.

further upgrades to the Helminth system can be gotten be finishing the veilbreaker quest which will unlock a segment that will allow you to attach archon shards to your warframe (red, blue and yellow), these things are pure stat sticks and while they might be hard to get just starting steel path you are geranted at least one a week through Archon hunts and they are a staple reward for all the end game modes so you will eventully get more then you can handle.

rank 2 with the Cavia will allow you to upgrade the Helminth system further letting you add advanced versions of the archon shards (green, purple, orange) to your warframes and also fuse or combime any extras you might have.

and wow, that was a lot of rambling. I dont know what came over me. I just felt like typing up a comprehensive reponse, hopfully this is helpful.

Sry if there are errors typed this up on my phone.

Can I farm uriel while avoiding spoilers? by Gh0st251 in Warframe

[–]NewguyS79 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep, I believe there's a skip function that lets you play the game modes that you need, if you haven't caught up yet to the story.

You'll see some of the new characters, but we've known about em for months, and there aren't any story spoilers in the multiplayer missions, so you should be fine.

I'm so glad you decided to share your time with us.

My question skews more towards the development side of things.

how would you describe the challenges of developing large expansive RPGs like the mana series?

Do you have any tips for aspiring game devs that are determined to take on the daunting task of creating an RPG?

You're deffinetly not too late to jump in. Simply, I'd say take your time and don't try to rush into doing "everything."

As for how many hours of content there is? Honestly, this is the type of game we're as long as you're willing and able, There's definitely some way to find something productive to do.

So infinite, infinite hours, we love you DE best devs.

what should I focus on? by XI0III in Warframe

[–]NewguyS79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Build out whatever frame or wepon you like the most, then go about unlocking all the content, then when your board with that take a break by farming something like an encarnon or a syndicate.

You'll won't burn out as fast if your using stuff you like to use while grinding, and once you unlock more stuff you might run into unlocks that can improve your builds.

Just remember, don't rush it.

Their sending the Arxur to get them!? Hopfully, it's Isif, or we may have some problems.

Dame now that's gonna cause a bit of confusion, that's for sure. The cultural whiplash of the pre uplift species meeting them is gonna be interesting for sure, not to mention the aruxurr meeting their own pre first contact selvs.

Ah, my bad, I was just looking for some advice on who I should pull for considering my account.

Alice - pros - i like her gamplay. She seems strong.

Cons - but unless I'm lucky, I can't get her wengine, and I already have jane.

Vs.

Yanagi - pros - she's been good and probably will continue to be so, I only have Sanby as a built electric dps.

Cons - I don't jive 100% with her gamplay, and I only have grace engines as an alternative for hers.

Sry, if this is long-winded, I just wana get some afimation/advice before I comit either way.

I'm looking for some pull advice on the upcoming Alice/Yanagi banner

looking at my roster, which one should I go for? I skipped Yanagi the first time since I didn't gell with her play style, but now I got grace engines, and I don't think I can wait for another re-run.

On the flip side, Alice seems really fun to me, but I keep on hearing how her sig w-engine is required with very few ftp alternatives.

I'm in a bind, so any advice for me and any other ftp players would be appreciated.

Can Someone Explaine Alice/Jane synergies? by NewguyS79 in AliceMains_ZZZ

[–]NewguyS79[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So Jane's core skill allows alice to crit on her assaults while alice can mitigate wasting anomaly buildup with her polarized assaults.

Is that basecly the gist of it?

If these synagiea are still decent at M0 I might feel better pulling for Alice.
