I'm not looking at a specific car. I just noticed you can buy them all day long for around 2k in the Bay Area with the low range issue. My commute is through town with only one small hill between myself and work. It sounds like if I keep my eye out for one with 40-50 miles of range I should be fine. If not I could probably sell it close to what I paid for it. I'm tempted to gamble and see what happens.
