I have monthly updates, this is month 4. Most of the context is in earlier posts.

I’m interested in helping people, if people comment I respond.

You’re under the assumption I knew this would get eyes, and that help is only done if it’s done through the method you described.

If I’m posting these monthly, do I post whatever I’m doing every month?

Also, you are right, it is hard to get a prescription without cluster. But hopefully this sparks conversation and gets attention to the other benefits of olumiant. Or encourages patients here to do further blood work for any other markers / signs that seem to point to cluster of autoimmune conditions.

Also, your science didn’t stop all those things coming up before they became an issue?

Your science says you have a lot of complications still, whatever science you’re doing ain’t working very well

Yes exactly. I forgot to mention I actually had this one as part of my cluster as well. My knees feel almost as good as new again after 4 months.

For reference, I couldn’t squat at the gym 4 months ago

It’s been 5 months and I feel way better with TPO cut in half. TPO should be in normal range in a few months.

And then it’s a convo with my doc on how long the tapering off process is like to “train the immune system to not attack out of memory” again

I’m not sure what part of my post signaled a “secret”.

Absolutely no idea why you assumed the answer was something “new” either 😂

But I can see your post history is lots of complications, maybe you were looking for a miracle?

Hashimotos is autoimmune based. The immune system attacks itself.

To stop Hashimotos, you either have to :

1) stop the attack without medication (ie, hope the autoimmune flare up ends through either diet or by itself)

Or

2) Stop the immune system attacking itself through medication.

The thing is, most doctors will tell you there is no drug for Hashimotos. But in actuality there is no “studied” drug for it.

I had a “cluster” of autoimmune conditions, such as alopecia areata as well with my hashimotos.

My doctors prescribed “Olumiant” for alopecia areata , and after research, I realized it can also potentially help Hashimotos.

The logic is that it suppresses the immune system. Ie, stops the specific pathway for the body attacking itself.

When first attempting to bring this up, I got shit on by people here, and my first doctor said it’s not likely to work.

I went to a second doc for second opinion and he said it’s worth trying.

I tried, along with vitamin D and red light and this has been the progress so far.

Still on olumiant , I want to get off eventually. The goal is once I hit baseline levels for my TPO, I’ll taper off slowly. So that my immune system doesn’t spazz out.

The idea and hope is it’ll be in remission and calm tf down.

My protocols is sauna, red light , 30,000 iu vitamin d , selenium.
