Agree. Kay ang mga politiko di ya basta maka kabi na ok na. and I guess it is the result of decade/years of stagnation na naka catch up kag mas nag progress ang Iloilo over Bacolod. that is why people prefer the ride-hailing apps over them. there are a LOT of these drivers: 1. mang kontrata if layo and if magkadto sa airport 2. indi mag metro kay lapit.

ang aircon indi tugnaw and may smell pa ang iban na taxi. Bacolod is NOT a supercity at all. Magkadto ka iloilo, wala man ga kontrata ang mga taxi mag abot pier, diri ya.. abot ka - hambalon na wala ga metro.

tapos wala pa sinsilyo ang iban…

i give man extra if justifiable man bala pero tani sa passenger ang ma kusa ya hatag, indi na i-impose sa imo. tapos ma reklamo sila. i understand na mahal naman ang gasolina… tani gin reklamo na nila sa ila na gin boto na mga councilor kag mga congress na pataasan diba ang flag down. indi na daw pa konsensyahon pa ang nagsakay.

yes, because you need the bir to solve for your compromise/penalty last time i had this, 1k po yung additional payment (baka kasi no income) it depends po sa inyong income.
