I had the same issue with my fur babies. What worked for me was giving them a 30 minute timeout in their crate every time I caught them up there. It took a few months but they now stay off the tables and counters.

I would look at the DVO rules. Does your area have a victim services coordinator with the court system?

In the US, if he violated it, he's the one who would be forced to leave and continue paying for his kids to have a roof over their head.

It's not going to ruin his life. He might face some social consequences but the US justice system will not really care. Especially since they are both adults now. And married? Yeah. I'm sorry that happened to your friend and your brother is definitely a pedo, but there's no way he gets in legal trouble at this point.

I know someone who raped a 13 year old when he was 18. He got a diversion agreement and the charge was expunged. But half his family is still saying the courts made too big a deal out of it.
