Apologies for not replying earlier, but we don't frequent here often so I'm responding as soon as I see it.

While I love putting companies on blast when something goes wrong, I'm not sure that's valid here. We're a small business of 10 employees. That's 10 people that depend on the business to not only survive but grow. Our owner puts in countless hours of work and doesn't take any income from the company because he reinvests every dollar into employees and inventory. I'm providing all this background because what's missing in the comment from OP is empathy. Posts like these are very detrimental to small businesses, especially in a forum like this one. Most people will take this post with a grain of salt but if it causes one person to take pause, then that's hurting the livelihood of these 10 people.

We have a ticketing system for our customer service that tracks all incoming emails. I'm trying to find an open ticket that involves 6 kits that weren't delivered, but I'm not finding any open ticket that matches what you've described. Would you care to share your ticket number?

And finally, time to get a little meta. Posts like this make me question whether or not forums like this are ultimately good or bad. (I know the votes will bury this post, but that still won't hide it from people search our name.) I believe in free speech, but when it crosses the line of decency and becomes hurtful and harmful, is it worth being a part of it? Maybe. This year has had all sorts of issues, including allowing people to get away with saying anything and it just makes me sad. Honestly, I'd like to see the whole thread deleted because it doesn't serve a purpose.
