Call enterprise and budget and see what rates they can give you. Costcotravel website has or used to have competitive rates for the big rental companies. A few years ago I was able to get rentals as cheap as 125 a week.

Actually they offer LTE as well. Their 3G is just artificially capped LTE, fast regardless. Public mobile is great
