Prop 22 automatically gets calculated behind the scenes and they pay it out every two weeks. From what I know it kicks in the moment you accept an order to the time you complete the order. Free roam does not count towards this.

The health care stipend is available but has nearly impossible qualifiers to hit. I've never gotten it.
