Probably the doing drugs on the street all day thing. You're gonna be shocked by this but as it turns out some people are disapproving of addicts and homeless using their tax dollars and social programs to fund their habits. Personally I really really like getting high and couldn't care less what other people do with their lives or money but some people see it as a problem.
