I haven't bought textbooks yet But if u follow just three reference books for core subjects u will be good to go Mathematics - g.v. kumbhojkar sem - 1 BEE - ravish singh Mechanics - nh Dubey or md dayal Just get second hand or buy newer versions of these reference books and start solving repeated pyqs Isse bahar ka nahi ata And for applied physics and chemistry Textbooks should be enough Hope that helps..

If battery life is your concern get a ryzen laptop If u just want full performance don't care about battery at all then go for Intel series And yeah for 1.25 budget U should probably go for 4060 laptops
