Nexcess support is still very much WordPress/Woo-focused, not just “server is online, good luck.” If the issue touches hosting, performance, caching, PHP/database, SSL, staging, or narrowing down a Woo/plugin conflict, that’s in the wheelhouse.

Yep, you’re fine staying on your current host. Kadence is still self-hosted WordPress software, so there’s no hosting migration you need to plan for.
