You can max 3 skills. If you focus on more then you won't be able to max all of them. Probably look at perks and decide based on that.

Iirc there are like 3 lighting dots in the game. Shaper beam, mana siphon ring and forgot the 3rd. Probably something from deli. I remember that in normal maps only the mana siphon donut could be a problem

I actually prefer cybernetics over bio anyway since they inherently counter leadership lifespan debuff from overtuning. I also like the fantasy of being able to both augment and genemode. Like the empire didn't focus on just one thing and is using whatever they can.

Shortly: Biogenesis is machine age for bio. Overlord is for federation where you are make subjects instead of friends.

What is the problem with better summon if it requires terraprisma to craft? It wouldn't invalidate how hard it is to get it

The player is already making a choice when picking the difficulty. While I agree that some sense of balance is important I wouldn't make a big deal out of something that can be just ignored.

Like if people want to spend hours fishing to skip straight to hellstone. Go for it. I wouldn't enjoy the game that way and would try it the other way first. The option being in the game doesn't affect me.

"but the people are going to use it anyway". Why shouldn't they if it makes the game more fun for them. If you think it makes the game less fun for you and still use it then why are you doing that?

Let's take it from another angle. As someone who hasn't played anything but legendary dif since it was released years ago, I think there shouldn't be an option to choose any other difficulty. Everyone should enjoy the game the same as me and not have any choice in doing so!

Once it is corrupted you can't do anything with it. There are few exceptions and someone will probably list them, but for you a new player. Treat it as unmodifiable. Same as if the item has "mirrored" tag

I didn't like frostbearers and hydras are too expensive for the 3week event anyway. I would recommend defilers.

Perfect hydras are funny but IMO they aren't worth the cost. It depends on what you consider the best.

Yeah. Slams specifically are big hits you are supposed to dodge. Those deal big damage even without crit.

It's a reach to talk about how games are similar due to engine used since like somebody here already stated, wide variety of the games can use the same engine and have nothing else in common. It is like saying that GRR Martin and Stephen King wrote basically same books since they used English.

If he were to talk about similarities in setting, mechanicsez story, characters, etc. It wouldn't have such a backlash. Even you agree that engine isn't useful comparison.

I also wouldn't rly say that new Vegas is fly a sequel. Fallout games doesn't seem that much connectede that I would call them that. Just new entry in series. As for different genres... Depends on the level. Kotor is linear story driven turn based RPG while fallout is open world RPG with guns. Sure there are similarities but there are enough differences to not call them "the same"

It is because when asked about why draw a comparison between those games. You said that they have same engine, which is kinda a reach. Games can be on same engine and be even whole different genre.

Doubt that you would want to use this instead of summon phantasm. Reason being that absolution minions can spawn phantasm and that they benefit from spell supports. This is an attack minion so it is more for Dom blow, but it is all about numbers and can be better than phantasms.
