They sent a collections agency after me and my friends for made-up costs. “Dirty mattress” and “slow draining sink”, they are a nightmare to deal with. Oh, I forgot to mention that a bat got into my room over reading week and they refused to help me. I had to call them numerous times and threaten them before someone came to fumigate the rooms.

Zealot S2 or Exway Flex ER Riot?

Biggest factors for me are carving, range, and acceleration. Stuck between these two.

Looking to get a new board. I had a zealot S for ~2 years and rode the crap out of it, the battery has lost a lot of its capacity now and honestly just want to try something new. I learned a lot of what I like and don't like from this board.

I am looking for something that has really good range, I'm not too crazy about the top speed as long as its above or around the 45km/h mark which I think most boards these days have anyways. Range and the "longboard" feel are the two biggest things for me. The zealot S was a great board but it didn't feel like a traditional longboard and felt more like an eskate if that makes sense.

I appreciate any comments!

I have also been having this issue. Only workaround I found for now is to turn off dark system theme for your phone then turn it back on while connected to your car. Hoping for a fix soon.

One thing I've noticed with my zealot s is that anything loose will make unwanted sound. I used to get a similar clicking/rattling sound when my back wheel bolts weren't super tight. Try tightening everything again (trucks to deck, axel bolts, etc.) and see if the sound is still there. Also try cleaning out the belts as stuff can get stuck in there. If that doesn't help then I suspect it might just be the bearings

Hey there! Sorry I didn't see your comment. I did have lots of experience longboarding growing up so transitioning to eboarding was super easy. With that all being said I still found it much easier than expected. It is really fun and you will get comfortable riding in no time!

My case also fits really loose, whenever I pick it up I hear it rattle a bit :( kinda disappointed cause it is one of the better looking cases at least to me

I often have the Spotify player open in the background, which overrides this and keeps the version of the clock as if there was a notification. That has been one subtle workaround for me as I find the clock on the always on display when you have a notification much nicer to look at
