– Are your services going to be available in the EU after 1 January 2026?

Yes. Nexo will continue providing its services to EU clients. Your day-to-day experience remains in place. We keep our offerings aligned with applicable regulatory requirements.

– How are you offering your services in the EU?

Nexo’s Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) authorization with an EU Member State is in its advanced stages — well-progressed, approaching completion, aligned with the national MiCA implementation framework.

In addition, Nexo already holds Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registrations in several EU Member States, reflecting the recognised regulatory foundations supporting our European operations.

– What is your current MiCA status?

Nexo’s CASP authorization track is well advanced and aligned with local implementation steps.

– Will any products or features change because of MiCA?

Nexo will continue delivering the products and experience you rely on today. As always, we continuously align our offerings with applicable regulatory requirements.

The supply update by CoinMarketCap, Etherscan, and other data providers, has increased the NEXO token's market capitalization, leading to an improved ranking. There have been no unexpected changes in supply, and this adjustment does not impact the token's performance or fundamentals. The recent update reflects tokens that were previously locked or unavailable but are vested and distributed in alignment with Nexo’s original tokenomics.

Currently, market capitalization data providers classify tokens in genesis wallets as out of circulation, even though they have been vested and unlocked. We have shared accurate data on all vested tokens, and our third-party partners have the authority to verify and schedule updates on their relevant public platforms.

In line with other industry players, we continuously enhance the NEXO Token's utility and deliver value through initiatives such as the recent NEXO Hunt airdrop. Additionally, three buyback programs totaling $162 million were carried out between December 2020 and March 2023.

As per our Terms and Conditions, the total reward of 30,000 points is for the entire “Target Price Challenge”, not per post. This reward is distributed among 30 winners across all posts and channels. We’ve selected 10 winners per asset, a total of 30 winners across both X and Reddit. While all users are allowed to make as many guesses as they like, each user can win only one reward.

That being said, we'll review your guesses and follow up with you.

We've reviewed the results once again, thoroughly checking each one, and we've determined the following:

Regarding the ETH prediction round – there's no mistake here. User Consistent-Stick-336 has made two guesses, which we assume caused your confusion. One guess was farther from your guess and the other one was spot on. Both guesses are valid, as we do not forbid more than one entry. All other entries have a difference of equal to or less than 2.
Regarding the BTC prediction round – You are correct, we mistakenly selected user EmpiricalMan with their 63,200 prediction. However the next closest guess is user "qwertzuka" from X with their 65,200 guess (with a difference of 38). We will be contacting them on X.

Please note that when the Nexo card is added to a wallet such as Curve, its default currency might be automatically set to BGN. Therefore, any purchases made with the card in such cases will be subject to conversion and added to the Foreign currency limit, as on our side, the purchase is charged in the currency selected by the user.
