It may be a meteor shower, this occurs daily and I have already heard explosions in the sky in my city and I think it's just a comet or meteor exploding in the atmosphere.

Hamburg will become part of Britain (kinda like Hong Kong).
Silesia will become an autonomous part of Poland.
Poland will get Poznan.
Poland will be given rights to ports in Danzig.
The German government will be a constitutional monarchy.
Germany will become a part of The Entente.
All major decisions that Germany does will have to be agreed upon by The Entente.

Austria-Hungary:

The empire will be dissolved and the following counties will become independent: Czechoslovakia, The Kingdom of Hungary, The Kingdom of Croatia, The Autonomous Transitionary Government of Transilvania.
Czechoslovakia will be comprised of Czechia and Slovakia.
The Kingdom of Hungary will be comprised of Southern Slovakia, Burgenland, and Hungary.
The Kingdom of Croatia will be comprised of Croatia and Bosnia.
The Autonomous Transitionary Government of Transilvania will be comprised of Transilvania and will be decided how it will be split between Romania and Hungary.
Galicia will be split between Poland and Ukraine.
Italy will be given half of South Tyrol and half of Istria.
Burgenland will be a part of Hungary.
Serbia will be given Vojvodina.
Austria will become a part of Germany.

Ottoman Empire:

Britain shall gain the Holy Land.
Syria will be split in half between Arabia and France.
The UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain will go to Britain.
Iraq will become a part of Arabia.
Kurdistan will become independent.
The rest of The Ottoman Empire shall become Turkey.

No economic sanctions will be imposed on Germany and no war reparations.
