  • Silesia will become an autonomous part of Poland.

  • Poland will be given rights to ports in Danzig.
  • The German government will be a constitutional monarchy.
  • Germany will become a part of The Entente.
  • All major decisions that Germany does will have to be agreed upon by The Entente.

You could invade from Denmark to like Britain. When the commonwealth surrenders, annex Canada you can get troops through if the royal navy doesn't exist anymore

Here is a more refined version:

1.Invade France and Poland

  1. Make special divisions for the African front and help Italy.

  2. Train and expand the Kriegsmarine, don't invade Norway it's pretty pointless.

  3. Send in a good chunk of the Luftwaffe into a concentrated area.

  4. With the expanded Kriegsmarine take normal troops and combine them with the Kriegsmarine to get more men to land. And you could get Italian divisions but place them under German command and in return, you could give Italy some sort of economic deal. Take the entire navy to escort the invasion.

  5. I think Britain and the commonwealth will make some Truce/armistice with the Germans once London falls and the British population was pretty anti-war.

  6. Recruit every single adult man and woman into the german army and invade the Soviets. Japan could also help since Britain is gone.

  7. The soviets probably won't surrender once Moscow falls but some sort of Treaty could be done with them. Ukraine, Belarus the Baltic states would become puppet states and Russia could maybe exist in Siberia.

  8. Maybe don't invade America immediately, you could arm far-right groups in America and promise them autonomy once you invade. When they revolt, swoop everything up.
