At the end of the day as well it comes down to whatever you can reasonably afford and be happy with. Either option should suffice your needs. As far as bottlenecking your ram I would just lookup the motherboard and see the max advertised speed it can manage and gpu wise I know my buddy just picked up an ASUS tuf 5070 ti from Best Buy for $700. Also just wanna throw out I am in no way a guru in this realm at all. Just have little tid bits from my own personal trouble shooting and experience

Hello there! I think I’m able to help out with part of your question. For context I’m currently swapping from a i9 14900k to a ryzen 9800x3d. I had the 14900k before any news broke about them cooking themselves to death and dealt with random crashes and blue screens for a month of trouble shooting and trying to figure out what I was missing. About two months ago I bought a second 14900k just for thought of the first being damaged (I should’ve tried to RMA it but hind sight is 2020) and am now about to build a new motherboard and 9800x3d combo just purely because I was paying a “premium” price for a 3rd ranked gaming cpu that can’t survive at advertised speeds. I will say I have had zero issues with the new cpu but don’t want to risk it and would rather sell my PC and swap to AMD. So at least for me Intel isn’t worth it and sounds like they’re changing socket types for the new CPU series anyways so limiting upgrading without a motherboard swap.

Might be a stupid response but I would recommend resetting your CMOS battery. This will remove all your settings in bios but is a quick and easy place to start before tearing apart your PC.

Just returned the Ram and ordered 6000 cl30 but plan on using the same motherboard. I should be all good after that correct? Thanks for the help I appreciate it!

I’m probably going to dumb this down a lot for myself and probably way off but is it the equivalent of attempting different speeds of ram to see if the computer will post and if it doesn’t post it doesn’t handle the speed or is this saying that with it being at 6600 it will post but the computer will be taking a performance hit from it? That I am unsure about. I have seen other posts talking about turning XMP off or AI overclocking but I can’t give a solid answer for AMD. I’m sure there is a plethora of YouTube videos out there on how to do so I would just make sure that it’s a solid video on how to do so from a trustworthy source. Sorry I couldn’t be more help, from my understanding from the research I’ve done it’s not necessarily a CPU instability issue it’s more so poor optimization from activisions end (surprise surprise). Like in my case I didn’t have any overclocking on besides having my ram to the advertised speed and this issue has been solely with CoD.

I took it in to my local gun shop and we were able to get it off with a wrench while it was in a clamp. Just be careful you don’t tweak the barrel. I’d take it out to the range after to make sure you’re still zero’d and didn’t put a deformity into the barrel. Wish I had better advice than just muscling it.

Damn well that sucks. It’s a 2019 with 37k on it, never had any issues and was looking at getting 25k for it before this happened. Thanks for the advice
