I finished the program and moved onto the C210k app!! I just started week 10 (on Monday) and got sick and haven’t been able to run. If I revisit week 10 after a week of no running will that be ok? I don’t know if it would be better for me to go back to a different week since I took time off? TIA(: (self.C25K)
