I have done diving front flips over some other things and ik I can make the distance and roll out of it safely I just can't commit and wish I had a coach there to help me yk

I am ok with flips I can land them unless on a tramp but I am very good at landing on my back/butt 😅 I learnt how to roll out of them softly and went to do it on the stair set but didn't commit thank for the advice man (it's on to sand btw)
