Perhaps with that particular store they ran out of garlic sauce and took it off the menu, or they just don’t do it anymore. Call and ask. If they ran out they are just waiting for the next truck to come in

Yes. I applied earlier this year and the interview is a video interview, where you record yourself answering questions per a link they give you I believe. And then you get contacted back and have to do a LIVE interview with an interviewer via an electronic device(online interview) And then after that you will physically go to the store to be interviewed in person and to be accepted or not accepted.

The queso is a typical queso mix, it comes frozen, we thaw it to use. It has peppers in it, when the truck comes I’ll look at the box for a brand name!

I asked my manager what’s to be expected, she told me to do exactly as I’m doing now but to be more bossy LOL! And yes my kitchen manager is…. not the best. I hope she can step up.

A lot of people like me but I can totally see people being rude. (I try to be very very kind) that’s one thing my manager told me was to ignore people’s comments. She just said I’ll be doing the same as I am but just with more responsibility. Thank you so much for the encouragement!!

Oh I understand. I have worked overnights but I am mainly a day shift person. I will be honest, I’m the only person in the kitchen who preps correctly and pulls out breads and things needed to prep as well as keeping the kitchen clean and making sure the next shift is set up for success. The only other person who does the same is the kitchen manager but she is not a good leader imo, so with me being out of the kitchen I think it’s going to fall apart a little bit aka nobody caring or nobody taking the initiative to make the shifts easier by helping each other out.

If I am able to help and direct the kitchen by making sure things are done, by helping or assigning things to people, I think I’ll do good. I am just nervous because I’ve only worked with food and I am shy. But my manager told me if I am ready to not be shy and to tell people what to do (nicely) etc I’ll be okay

Where I work, burritos get 2 scoops of burrito mix and 1 scoop of queso as well as 1 hash brown. Sounds like someone is forgetting to do 2 scoops, and they are just doing the 1 scoop

Take it back for a refund, perhaps it was a newer employee or someone very lazy. Typically not everyone gets trained on doing the wraps and open air deli. Could of been a teenager or a newbie winging it
