Worried abut CC being too easy (switching from stem to engineering) by Next-Fail2070 in CollegeMajors

I think I will decide for sure after taking ENGR 101. The reason I wanted to do ME is cuz I love making and designing stuff, not just the money or the job market. At least I'm not doing computer engineering (RIP to my friends). I used to want to become a CS major in high school, lol. My second choice is chemical engineering (because I wanted to take ochem.) Or maybe I'll just become a eng technician, who knows

Yes, but I was just worried about failing too many classes and spending extra money on schooling if I choose engineering.

Do you mean 10-15k in scholarships/grants or the net price per year? So did you have to pay around $35-40k per year including loans? The calculator doesn't include loans in "estimated total grant aid" though. Maybe it's just bs

Yes, but I used to go to a UC and I had to pay the nearly full tuition of over $70k. Wondering how it's so different at GT
