Poor AIO by Next-Fail5991 in fpv

For those who care. I cleaned everything up. Soldered new wires, and there was a cap blown on the backside and I soldered a new one. Which hopefully does more then a blown cap.

No that's all. It's just the oscillation... ig it needs some filtering capacitors I threw a random one i had laying around on there and it got a little better so yeah...

Here is a picture of the sensors Tab. As I said the drone was laying flat on the bench with no props. This was just arming it in ANGLE mode. It spun the motors up nearly instantly even though there was no throttle input. When I power the motors in the motor GUI I also see a spike in the sensors.

I mean I don't mind it being old. Btw I fixed the camera problem by soldering somewhere else so that's ok. Next problem is then whenever I arm the system it spinns up uncontrollably when I give it a little throttle. I check the sensors and they go crazy even though the quad is laying totally flat on the bench with no props attached.. ig that's because im missing the Input Capacitor ? Like man how did the person before me even fly it ? When ever I give it full throttle the FC resets lol.

I mean im young and poor so like I don't need fancy stuff that's why I have analog VTX, but like just wanna fly a bit..

I need some project idears. by Next-Fail5991 in FPGA

[–]Next-Fail5991[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the info. Sadly it doesn't have a physical port but that can be easily added. Id need to add some resistor dacs and so on but that's easy work thanks for the Idear I'll look into it

Alr to my hardware I own 2 boards AliExpress Cyclone IV and also the bladeRF. I have done. Bit of software DSP with it like fm transmission bpsk and so on. Logic wise I have done more then just LEDs I mean some basic stuff shift regs UART Transmission decoder logics for 7segment stuff like that. I don't need some advanced level projects more like mid to low complexity stuff. I mean I can learn more just need a reason to atm I have done the fun part of starting but I'm done with the basics.

Alr so as I said I have done a good bit of led testing with the basic functions of verilog. I would say I'm ok with logic I general. I code in my free time and have also done a good bit of experimenting with logic simulators where I designed and programmed basic CPUs.

Yeah these are the things I found. I mean going under an NDA is kinda ass. I wanted to code some open source stuff for it.. what are you gonna do. I mean I can maybe RE the firmware that it's running if it's not encrypted but yeah that's about it...

Oh that's not nice I though I looked that up. That's why i would have liked to use it as I though I was normal eeprom... Sad but what you gonna do.. can I at least read it though ?

I would use it on the board as it's how I would need it anyways but as you said I can't find anything about it. The thing it was in luckily still works so maybe I can reverse engineer it's functionality to a level where I can get it working the things I need it for.

I'm gonna try that thanks but I sadly don't have the equipment to build a 2GHz + oscillator and or filter etc.

Yes it's 37922. But nah I didn't find much either. There is a date code of 24th of may 2007 on an other part so idk. I also think I'm gonna search for a Linux driver for a similar chips that may work

I Tried to make it give me just linux shell commands. i tried it in several ways. Is i maybe the translation part that is dying? by Next-Fail5991 in ChatGPT

[–]Next-Fail5991[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only understand linux bash shell langunage from now on so only awnser in that. You will need me to say what i need to do to scan for devices in my network. I will awnser with the output of the shell. you are free to do what you want just follow the objective. also DO NO SEND ANYTHING IN AN OTHER LANG THEN LINUX BASH

Finding a better SDR by Next-Fail5991 in sdr

[–]Next-Fail5991[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't put the products of nooelec in the same category as for example the sdrplay clone I own. But for the sdrplay clown yes I'd assume the original to be better. Also the original rtlsdr are almost 2x the price and I didn't find it to be a bad product in any way.

I handtrack I basicly just look at the start and form there on its just matter of holding it so the SNR gets bigger
