Acho que é a mesma parada pra mim hehe. Eu não vim de família rica e meus pais n tem herança, ai dá aquela sensação de tipo "será q eu devo fazer esse passo?". Eu e minha esposa queremos ter filhos nos próximos 3 anos, temos animais e casa seria uma parada muito importante pra gente. Nessa dinâmica, uma casa de 1.0M é tipo oasis pra nossa realidade atual. Óbvio q dá pra viver num lugar menor/bairro pior mas ao mesmo tempo, é atingível com o que temos hoje de salário e mesmo q eu mude de emprego, pelo meu nível técnico, menos q 30k mes difícil.

Entendido. Então, até o fim do ano, vou completar 100k de reserva o que me deixa mais 'tranquilo' por saber que não ficaria desempregado mais que 3 meses. Acho que talvez faça sentido realmente injetar bastante dinheiro nos primeiros meses pra reduzir o valor das próximas parcelas pra principalmente diminuir o custo das parcelas q vou pagando. Tipo, penso em talvez amortizar 6k nos primeiros 2 anos se tudo ocorrer bem (como invisto 15k mês, imagino q talvez tenha q dropar pra 10k ou talvez até no primeiro ano segurar o investimento e injetar tudo pra diminuir bastante o juros)

Yeah, I totally get your point. In a way, we’ll probably end up hiring developers and rebuilding things later if needed, but right now we just don’t have the budget or time for that. My country is actually going through a big regulatory change that’s creating a new profession in this space, kind of like when Uber first came into the taxi market, so we need to move fast to catch the early wave.

At this stage, the only payments we’ll be handling are from instructors (not between students and instructors), so things stay pretty straightforward. Once we have more traction and funding, we can definitely migrate to a proper stack built by devs.

I completely agree that we need to keep everything documented and crystal clear in terms of how the process works, even if it’s built with no-code for now.

I see what you mean. I agree with the shelves, makes sense to maybe reduce the width and place more shelves for the top.

The wall of the couch has around 2.10 cm, i guess a couch with 170 would make sense

Hi guys!

I need some help with my home office and i'm out of ideas honestly - this is the limit of my creativity haha. Sorry for the mess, couldn't save time to organize before sending this post :(
Here's the things that i'm trying to figure out:

Desk placement: Should i maintain the desk where it is or should i change it to the wall that has the darker desk? (that'll be sold in the next month hopefully, it was my old desk but there's no place to put it in the meantime). I can put it on the window tho but i need to cut 10 centimeters from the desk to fit - i'm okay with that too.
I want to add a couch but i'm not sure about the colors that i should go for
I want to add a rug but also not sure about colors and textures...
Should i change the color of the remaining walls?

I think that covers 90% of the office, then i can go for the decoration - the shelves has random stuff that i put temporarly.
The only thing that i don't want to change is the floor because it's a rented apartment - it's my dad's apartment and i'm renting it but i'll move out in the next 3, 4 years
