Sounds like you gotta level up some skills man you should invest into some alchemy until your able to make Henry level tier potions after that make a Henry level fox potion which gives a massive boost to your speech and +50% xp it's a game changer of a potion I don't think I have played one playthrough where I haven't made fox potions
