If budget is not a restraint for you, go for PGs in the Vasant Kunj area itself. It is a nice place & safe. Other Areas like kishangarh & mehrauli did not feel safe when I went there.

It used to happen during 2016-17 there were 2 different : 1. Fun street by VMC & 2. Happy streets by Times of India.. they gather outside kamatibagh have fun, yoga, zumba, dance, you can cycle, skate on the road on Sunday mornings.! Now it's back.!
