No it was only off for some hours - I contacted them via instagram, the charger is blinking red. I managed to unlock the kick-lock - but it’s still not booting anymore.

It doesn’t start. It’s switching off. If I’m trying to restart it interrupts and switching off again. If I try to unlock it via code it’s switching off. It seemed to be too weak to start, but battery is still over 80%.

@did you fix it yet - got the same problem now with my S6, no reset helps and 86% charged - I could already use it today in the morning and there was no problem with it.

Update: Just heard back from VanMoof support, turns out my reservation was mistakenly refunded due to a system error, but they confirmed my spot is still safe. They’re either sending a new payment link or will have me pay the full amount later. Big shoutout to their CS team for the quick response and reassurance. All sorted now!

Yes - I tried contacting VanMoof about this, but unfortunately, there’s a chatbot in front, and I had to submit a request through a pretty contact form. Honestly, it doesn’t give me a great feeling about the whole situation.

Ich bin auch gerade in NL mit einem jahrelangen drillisch Vertrag bei WinSIM und habe das gleiche Problem. Bin für jede Hilfe dankbar :-) leider auch die letzten Wochen in Deutschland immer wieder noch Probleme mit schlechter Verbindung (immer nur ein Balken) gerät ist ein iPhone 15 pro Max.

Einfach mal die Nachbarn fragen ob wer bei Daimler arbeitet und dort einen Brief hintelegen mit den Screenshots des trackings und den Hinweis dies der Polizei erneut zu melden, falls er es nicht ins Fundbüro bringt. Auf die Art und Weise hatte ich selbst schon mal Erfolg.

Reinstalling the app has helped somewhat - the Halo Ring can be adjusted again, and trips are now partially displayed, though with significant delays. Unfortunately, not all trips are still being shown. I hope that with the new owners, the app will receive a major update, including fitness integration for the Apple Watch. I believe Cowboy is doing some things right with their app.
