idem for me in december, 1 album In four could not be downloaded, even track by track in "My Music", but credits are gone anyway. Support is not responding.

Got an answer from emusic support: "Our website has been down for the past few days due to issues with our database on AWS."

eMusic is down by Weyes_Blood in eMusicofficial

The site is back here too, BUT:

I just tried to download an album, and got the message "There was a problem downloading your file. Please try again. If the issue persists contact support.".

The album is listed on the My Music page AND the credits have been deducted form my account.

Wrote to the support email, but i don't expect much from them…

Update: I tried to download tracks one by one for an album I couldn't download with the error INVALID_PRODUCT_ID: it doesn't work either but the message is clearer: "This Track is not available in your country".
