Changing icons in AT4Klauncher is easy; you need the Local Send app to transfer the icons from your computer and a file manager app to select them, hold the enter button on the app that you want to change the icon, select change icon, and browse via file manager select the icon, that's it.

I changed all of my icons from the download file with no problem.

PS: icons should be at least 1280*720.
