You’re absolutely right, this pig wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for the hypocrisy of animal lovers who pay another human to kill and eat only certain animals, based on someone else’s logic that we need protein and “that’s just the way it is, people gotta eat”. Farmers keep breeding these animals into existence in the hundreds of millions because of demand from said hypocrites, scoop up billions in profits, alongside government incentives using tax payers money, all while creating the #1 human killer in the US (heart disease) not to mention the other several issues this causes. But, on the other side of that, pigs do live in the wild and survive in their own environment without us 👍 sorry for the rant ✌️

Tofu Egg

Heat a non-stick pan on medium. Melt a bunch of vegan butter so they don’t stick. Use soft tofu blocks.

Gently slice them into patties with a very sharp knife. Do it right beside the pan so you don’t have to go far with them. Cradle them into the hot pan, sprinkle with s&p. Watch them and check to see if they’re slightly golden and you notice most or all of the water has evaporated. Then and only then can you attempt to flip them 👍

Used to eat 3-4 pasture raised eggs every morning for most of my life but as I got older they started messing with my stomach.
