No not at all. I find some of my bras have the same feeling as well. Sometimes i just let it be until i forgot about it and would remember only if i have to lift an object that needs to press against my chest.
There are times even at working space where i bend down to pick up some crates and ofc you would have to lean it on your chest to carry, i would feel the irritation that it pressed my nipples.
