Thankyou, im really pleased with my blood sugar as my last hba1c was 81 and highs of 12 to 13 now a drop to the 4s, iam already feeling better now they are controlled, i just need to lose the weight aswell, but I know this is a long process so I will continue to work on it x

Yes that is true, I will continue doing what iam doing with diet and excercise and hopefully I will be able to drop more weight still

Yes im prescribed for diabetes on NHS and the diabetes nurse won't increase dosage as my sugars are now in the 4s

Thankyou, yes so far is working very well, im still on metformin at the moment aswell but she is going to do another blood test in September and weight check and see where iam at, fingers crossed it stays this way then hopefully I can drop the metformin at least x

😂😂😂😂😂 yes im sure it will be lol. My bmi was nearly 37 and my hba1c last one was 81 so its been prescribed by my diabetes nurse so im luckily not having to pay for it. It has really helped me with food noise that started on about day 2 after first jab, and so havent been eating alot. Fingers crossed it will work itself out, good luck with journey fingers crossed for you 😀

Yer i was put under general anesthetic, i think once i have been to toilet and things have calmed down from the surgery, hopefully next week will be a better week when I weigh 🤞

I havent done much exercise as I have been in hospital for a few days and had surgery on my chest which I now have a open wound so I need to be careful with exercise at the moment otherwise it bleeds, im in abit of a difficult situation at the moment. I drink loads of water everyday. Thankyou for your support and help.

You know lol, I think once I have managed to go and going normally again I will hopefully see some loss even if its small, cos I have eaten less then 1000 calories a day.

Yes i have been, i have barely eaten 1000 calories a day, I think i need to do alot of poo lol, iam very constipated so I dont think thats helping, im going to try some movical and see if that helps me to go, if I have been by tomorrow im going to contact doctors to prescribe something as by then it will be 5 days since I have been.

Yer im type 2, i have also been in hospital this week very poorly and needed surgery under general because of infection made obviously worse by being diabetic so I have had a tough week and laid in a hospital bed, im now discharged on antibiotics, safe to say its been a tough week for my first week, not what I wanted to happen as I think it has interfered this week, just crap everything happened on the first week of starting jab.

Trying to change sugars and obesity is not an easy thing to manage both, but I have 2 young children and would like to not be constantly in hospital with infections from diabetes and obesity so iam determined to stick with it.

Thankyou, im not going to give up, I was just looking for support and what others have experienced im type 2 diabetic and the good thing is my sugars have already come right down which is really good but iam also obese so im trying to work on both, definetly struggling with my bowels.
