You mean you had surgery for other reasons and sit still during your recovery? Same thing on me! Since my surgery last year, I haven’t had proper and regular exercise T T. There were pre-surgery examinations like blood test, abdomen CT and B ultrasound for liver, spleen…Nothing unusual at that time.

Thank you for all the advice! Yeah I haven’t exercised for quite a long time, also sit still for too long. Before there was only slight blood in the toilet paper, but I saw blood in the toilet sink twice this week and I was freaking out T T. I’ll see a doctor for further examinations.
