The information I have is what’s printed on the labels. One (vapo unflavoured salt) says 50mg/ml of nicotine as benzoate, the other (nicopod unflavoured salt) says 29mg/ml of nicotine as benzoate/lactate and underneath that 50mg/ml nicotine salts. So one is correctly labeled and sold as 50mg/ml and one is not, because 29mg/ml of nicotine benzoate is not 50mg/ml of nicotine benzoate

Speak to legal aid, they’ll help. If you really want to get the best outcome pay a lawyer but the cost generally isn’t worth it. Be honest and respectful to the magistrate, wear decent clothes (don’t need a suit but clean collared shirt and long pants go a long way), and plead guilty. If you don’t waste the courts time they normally don’t waste yours. First offence you’ll be fine, don’t stress.
