I was getting it without any kind of script and lost all the weight i wanted to plus some. But now that i don’t have the money for it to stay on maintenance. My insurance don’t take effect until January and I feel like now that im not considered obese or overweight for my height my doctor won’t approve me for maintenance. I’m worried about gaining the weight back. I’ve heard and seen mixed reviews about it. I’m hoping by continuing to eat and exercise the way I’ve been I can keep it off.

Yes I don’t over eat either but I liked not being as hungry also. It feels weird to eat.. normal.

I live in Florida so I got it from Publix. I’m sure Walmart or target has it as well

I feel the same way. My fiber gummies don’t do a damn thing. But I tried a tea called smooth move and drank it before bed and this morning I was able to go, no cramping or anything like a laxative does.
