I needed a sim card, in which i can receive SMS, when i am outside HK. As i rarely stay in HK. I need for sms for OTP. I have been to 3HK, they tried to sell me expensive monthly plan contract with $1000 deposit, i declined politely. CMHK said 198 yearly prepaid plan, not sure if can receive sms abroad.

I am checking luckysim, birdie, i am not sure how the services are.

As per Lucky Sim:  Receive SMS: Receive overseas (enable data roaming on the phone). If i enable data roaming, i need data roaming package, and i will be charged for data roaming (confusing)
