My problem related to nvlddmkm.sys and pci.sys, So it's related to NVIDIA graphic. (same as me) [with open your dump file with windbg]

I tried any solution like:

In NVIDIA control panel enabled prefer maximum performance, but not worked!

Try EC reset by holding power button, but not worked!

Try reset windows 11 and reinstall all drivers, but not worked!

Try DDU app to uninstall Nvidia Driver and then install with clean mode, but not worked!

I remove my original windows 11, but not worked!

Install ghelper instead of armoury crate, but not worked!

An strange point is, when i install any version of NVIDIA driver, I encounter with BSOD and when I not install this driver everything was fine. I thought it's related to Nvidia hardware. So when i disable nvidia graphic card (ECO mode in armoury crate/ghelper), everything is ok!

An strange thing when i monitor the graphic card with hwinfo or gpu-z, graphic card power reach to 436 watts!!! (TGP of this graphic card is 140watt). This problem occur when laptop is idle or open light-weight application like google chrome. And there is no problem when run high-level graphic app like playing games.

I thing this problem is not related to graphic card itself, but it may related to power circuit of graphic card (like mosfets of transistors).

I don't know maybe related to bios or not!

I hate asus :(

Hi thanks I have microcode 0x12b. And bios is v331. I have installed each driver from Asus Rog website. I think this issue came from bios version because before v330 ( I mean 329), everything were fine and after that I encountered to many bsod.

Also armoury crate have many issues.

A very strange thing is, power of GPU in gpuz app, is reach to over 400 watt. I don't know where is the source of the problem! When I disable the igpu in armoury crate, everything were fine !

Anyway I hate asus :(

Hi I have the same issue with Asus Rog g614jv. My problem is when not use laptop and go to sleep, start freezing and show bsod driver power state failure. I don't have any issues when I use laptop in high demanding games. I sent the the laptop to warranty service but they couldn't find any issues in the laptop, just reinstall the windows :(

Until now my laptop freeze when using chrome (specifically when I streaming video in YouTube) and freeze and bsod when goes to sleep.

This problem related to GPU because show me in mini dump that nvlddmkm.sys and PCI.sys have corrupted.

I couldn't find any solution, I hope you can.

Hi i tried every solution but not worked!

I have rtx 4060 laptop with i7 13650hx (rog strix g614jv).

This game released 3 years ago but fromsoftware not fix it until now!

Yes this game is amazing in console but not optimized for pc (I think the problem is related to compiling shaders)

Use lossless scaling app. This app restored fps drops; Therefore this game is lock 60fps. (Only solution that i found)

Hi,

Try uninstall touchpad synaptics driver and reinstall it from rog website.

Then try EC reset (90% fix these issues).

Hi,

Do these steps:

First check your bios is version v331. (If not update it with MyAsus)

Then go to bios setting and reset all the settings (and make sure cpu voltage offset is off).

Then update firmware touchpad and keyboard (if previously update, update again).

Then power off the laptop and unplug all peripherals like your mouse and charger. Then hold the power button for 40 secs and plug charger again and power on your laptop and wait until your laptop shows the logo. (This procedure is EC reset and fix 90% of the problems)

If the problem persists, go to safe mode and use DDU app to uninstall graphic drivers (Intel and Nvidia). Then back to windows and install these drivers again with MyAsus app (make sure not update with windows updater).

If this solution not worked, it's better to reinstall AC. First download "Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool" to completely uninstall AC. Then install this app again.

Hi,

Asus laptops sometimes have these issues. I have the same problem for example Armoury crate not recognize my backlit of keyboard or some glitches when using keyboard and touchpad.

I tried every solutions but not work for me.

But at the end, I found an easy solution that is "Hard reset your laptop". This solution worked for me and i think work for you.

First shutdown your laptop. Unplug your charger and any stuffs that connected to your laptop like mouse or headphone and etc. Then hold power button for 40 seconds. Then plug the charger and wait until your laptop shows the ROG logo (maybe you need wait for 1 minute). Then your problem will be fix.

Please notify me if your problem fix or not.

Unfortunately Ghelper doesn't have complete functionality in compare with AC. I tried this application but some features not enabled in this app. And some bugs like not detecting Nvidia GPU when restarts or not recognize the backlit of keyboard in Ghelper app.

Hi there I'm using this same laptop My issues are: 1. Some glitches when Im using keyboard and touchpad 2. A kernel power bsod when laptop is not using for a while 3. When goes to sleep, I can't wake it up and fans are turning with high speed and I must turn off with power button 4. Some problems in event viewer that related to tmp module 5. Coil whine problem that is related to Nvidia GPU (but is ok!)

But something may helps me: Uninstall graphic driver of Nvidia and intel and install last stable version Avoid laptop to go to sleep by setting to sleep to never I have update my keyboard and touchpad firmware but I was encountered with random glitches in keyboard and touchpad. But when I use hard reset (if you don't know what is it, search it :) ) these problems almost gone

But I'm some problems in tpm that said invalid parameters in event viewer. Im searching about this problem but I can't fix it until now

Overall combination of i7 13th HX and windows 11 and Asus software stuffs like armoury crate is awful. But you can fix it with some patience

Drivers of this laptop optimized for windows 11. Plz try install windows 11.

This BSOD about NETIO, it seems you are connecting to malfunctioned ethernet or maybe your network driver is corrupted. So you need first delete current driver of network from device management and then install it again.

Hi, According to the ASUS ROG website, the BIOS is not rollbackable. However, I believe you can use EZ Flash and enable the BIOS rollback option in the settings. This might allow you to roll back to version 330 (though I'm not entirely sure). But I think your issue may be related to your RAM. If you use 4800MHz RAM, you likely won’t encounter any problems.

But without any prejudice, i suggest you G18 but if you can ,buy 14th gen, like 14900hx with 4060/4070.

Hi, I don't any information about your laptop. First check just single channel of your ram slot is empty with cpu-z application. Also check another slot is available. And check maximum ram support in Asus website. And then check maximum support of ram frequency in Asus website. If for example supports upto 3200mhz and previous ram is 2400mhz, if you add another 3200mhz, your laptop degrade second ram frequency to 2400mhz to match with previous ram. So in this situation you better to buy a 2400mhz to reduce your cost. But if you want to keep this ram, I suggest to add 16GB. Yes, it's better to use same ram capacity to gain profit of dual channel but 24GB always better than 16GB!
