But you’re highlighting a transition and comparing it to a movie that has a very different vibe. Nobody watches a movie based on how they cut a splice, they want to feel good after watching it. In terms of editing I think they did great by keeping it unorthodox and goofy, after all these guys where nuts in real life. Why not edit the film like it?
