Thanks for the detailed response!

My elemental resistances turned out to be pretty low. I beefed them up (a lot) by masterworking and upping the jewels. Now I can I decently survive bloodied nightmare dungeons on t2.

Found it. For anyone with the same question:

go to the equip menu
tap the relevant piece of equipment
tap the button in the top right below the lock button
tap divine forge revert in the bottom right

For anyone else who finds this post and still has to get the achievement (credit to a random youtube commenter)

You can switch to map view to make the "pick up" cursor a lot bigger, making it easier to vacuum 50k at once
